What is the helpdesk?

Unser Helpdesk ist unsere Kontaktstelle für Fragen aller Art – seien es Anliegen, die Sie an das Koordinationsteam von NFDI4Biodiversity richten möchten, fachliche Fragen zum Management von Biodiversitäts-, Ökologie- oder Umweltdaten, Fragen zur Nutzung unserer Tools und Services oder etwas völlig anderes. Auch, wenn Sie unsicher sind, ob Sie bei uns richtig sind, zögern Sie nicht, uns anzuschreiben.

Who can contact us?

Everyone. Whether you are a researcher, a student, a citizen scientist or another (data) interested person – we look forward to hearing from you.

Who will answer the questions?

The questions are received by our helpdesk team consisting of biologists, data stewards and computer scientists. In many cases, they can already help you. If necessary, they will forward the questions to a suitable expert from the NFDI4Biodiversity network.
